The first A: Alignment\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Align<\/b> your team around the vision, the mission, and the purpose for your organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

The second A: Autonomy\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Give your team <\/span>autonomy<\/b> to use their talent, their abilities, the vision, the mission of your organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first C: Clarity<\/b><\/p>\n

Make sure everyone is <\/span>clear<\/b> about where you are going and what you are pursuing for your clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

The second C: Unique Communication<\/b><\/p>\n

You need to push your vision down into the organization with clear <\/span>communication<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The third C: Commitments<\/b><\/p>\n

You need everyone on your team to be fully <\/span>committed<\/b> and you need to hold them accountable to their <\/span>commitments<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you want to scale, put those two A’s and three C’s to work for you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
