So, what is the revenue roller coaster?<\/p>\n

It is when your revenue is constantly waving up and down as you get new projects. \u2b06\ufe0f\u2b07\ufe0f<\/p>\n

As you get new projects you\u2019re infusing new cash \ud83d\udcb0 into your business but then, as you\u2019re fulfilling those projects, new revenue dries up.<\/p>\n

You have to learn to get off of this roller coaster.<\/p>\n

Instead, you need to develop an ascension model where your revenue is constantly growing.<\/p>\n

There are two questions that you need to ask yourself.<\/p>\n

Question \u261d\ufe0f- What have I done today to attract a new customer into my business?<\/p>\n

Question\u00a0#\u270c\ufe0f<\/a>– What have I done today to keep an existing customer?<\/p>\n

Use those two questions and get off of the revenue roller coaster.<\/p>\n
