When growing your business, you have to be super careful because growth always creates complexity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You see complexity is a natural byproduct of growth, and if you allow that complexity to go unchecked, in other words, if you don’t have systems and processes in place to deal with that complexity, that complexity will lead to confusion.<\/span><\/p>\n

It will lead to a lack of clarity and lack of clarity is the enemy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It’s the number one enemy of growth.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So as you go through those stages, as you begin to grow your business, you know that things are gonna get complex.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It’s a natural byproduct.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The question is, what are you gonna do about that?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Do you have systems?<\/span><\/p>\n

Do you have processes in place to deal with the complexity that is going to arise when you start growing your business?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So when you start sensing the complexity, don’t be alarmed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Know that that’s natural, that’s normal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Get the systems, get the processes in place to deal with that complexity before it leads to a lack of.<\/span><\/p>\n
