So the question then becomes, what does it mean to be resilient?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Number one, you have to be willing to face the reality. You have to be willing to face the truth, even if that goes against what you believe or even that goes against what you hope to be true.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Number two is you have to be adaptable. You have to be willing to change. What you&#8217;re going to do based on the reality that you face.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And the third ingredient of a resilient person is a sense of purpose.
