And when you do this, what you&#8217;re going to do is you&#8217;re going to write about the pain points, the frustrations, or the desires that you have.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And then what I want you to do once you complete that page is go write your ad, go write your email, go write whatever it is that you&#8217;re going to do to try to communicate with that person.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You see, doing this exercise will give you the one magic word to marketing, and that is empathy.
