You can either have growth or you can have control, but you can’t have both.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You see, I love this quote as an entrepreneur because it reminds me that I have to be willing to let go of things.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I have to be willing to let go of control of things in order to grow my business.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I remember for the longest I would struggle because I wanted to review every proposal I wanted to review literally every email that my team would send out because I wanted it to be perfect.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I wanted to ensure that they were living up to the reputation that I’d set.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But here’s the thing about this quote, it forces you and me as entrepreneurs, it forces us to put systems and processes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It forces us to teach our core values to our team so that we can ensure that as we let go of control, that they are building our business and that our business is able to grow, and so that we don’t become the stumbling block, we don’t become the threshold, the glass ceiling that holds our business down.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
