New Facebook Updates

3 New Facebook Updates

Did I recently send you tips/updates coming to Facebook? YES.
Are there more already? YES.
Will these updates make you jump for joy? HECK YES.

I live for the…
Facebook Business News Tab. I’m serious y’all!

People are always acting shocked or surprised by updates as they roll out, but if you pay attention to the Facebook news + blog updates, you can find out A LOT of information.

So today, I am bringing you my highlights from THIS recent blog from Facebook titled “Introducing Products for the Next Era of Personalized Experiences”

The title for me, honestly, doesn’t scream “HEY THERE IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN HERE AND WE’RE DOING SOME COOL NEW THINGS TO MAKE YOUR LIFE BETTER AS A MARKETER ON OUR PLATFORM.”

^ That truly would have been a better title…

ANYWAYS!  Here are my jumping for joy highlights that I know so many business owners are going to be PUMPED about.

1️⃣ WORK ACCOUNTS

Facebook is going to be testing Work Accounts. A way for marketers, business owners and their employees to have admin access to a page WITHOUT having to use their personal account. If I got a dollar for everytime a client didn’t want to have their personal account tied to a business page OR they didn’t want to create a person Facebook… I’d have well over a million dollars.

2️⃣ POST TESTING
Not only can you test images and copy for ads, but you will soon be able to test POSTS on your page through Facebook Business Suite. SAY WHAT? You read that right. You’ll be able to see what image or copy on your organic content gets the attention of your followers. This is going to be incredibly helpful when it comes to content creation and effective communication for businesses of ALL sizes!

3️⃣ ACCESS TO THE RIGHT TOOLS
Facebook is going to begin testing a Small Business Bundle. It will include tools for small businesses to navigate Facebook and ads manager, but it will also include: Cana Pro FREE for 3 months or QuickBooks FREE for 3 months. This will roll out to select small businesses initially for testing before becoming more widely available!
