In this dynamic, client-focused role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for our marketing clients, helping them feel heard, supported, and confident in our process.
Roughly 50% of your time will be spent client-facing—through virtual/in-person meetings, calls, emails, and updates—building strong relationships and ensuring clients stay informed and delighted. The remaining 50% will focus on behind-the-scenes coordination, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and results are delivered.
You’ll act as a liaison between the client and our internal team, supporting our team by managing day-to-day client communications and project milestones. Your job is to help clients feel taken care of, and most importantly, help them see real results from their investment with Ugly Mug Marketing.
