Critical 5

If your website was an employee, you probably would’ve already fired it.

Here’s what I mean by that. Think about it.

Is your website actually helping drive sales for you? Is it actually delivering leads? Is it actually delivering qualified leads to you?

If not, this video is for you.

So when it comes to your website, there’s five critical questions that you need to ask about every single page.

The first one is, who’s here? Who is on this particular page. So every page of your website is going to have a different who, right? Somebody on the homepage is slightly different or in a different mindset than somebody on the contact page. So you want to ask who’s here?

Next, you want to ask, what do I want them to do on this particular page?

Do I want them to call, email, click? What do I want them to do?

Next is how do I want them to do that? Is that the click? Is that the call? Is that, what is it? How do I want them to take the action that I want them to take? When do I want them to take that action? Is it today? Is it next week? Is it next year?

And then the final one is the most important one, is why? Why should they take the action that I want them to take? What is in it for them? What is the true benefit for them?

So go through your website, ask these five questions. Who’s here? What do I want them to do? How do I want them to do it? When do I want them to do it? And the most important is why should they take the action that I want them to take from their perspective?

Answer these five questions about each page on your website, and I promise your website’s performance will improve.
