Lesson number one of this, that as you grow your business, there’s gonna be this natural tendency for the organization to drift towards mediocrity.
You have to work hard to create an environment that does not tolerate mediocrity.
Lesson number two is that, your reputation as a company, as a business isn’t what you or I believe to be true.
It’s what the customers, what our prospects believe.
So we need to make sure that we clearly understand what they believe to be true about us and our organization.
Lesson number three is that as you grow, your role is gonna shift from CEO, to CRO. Chief Reminding Officer, your job is to clearly articulate, repeat, your vision, your mission, your values to your team, so they understand where you’re going and why it matters.
And the fourth lesson is this, don’t be in the business of playing it safe.
Be in the business of going for greatness, of accomplishing amazing things for your clients and for yourself as a company.
